These gummies really have worked for me. I’ve been taking these alongside super greens and magnesium. They do make a difference. I’ve found my mood is much more relaxed and less reactive or sensitive to stress levels. I’ve cut the dosage to one gummy (from two) after the first 4 weeks. The taste is fine, a bit on the sweet side but if you’ve got water close by, a quick swish after eating it & it’s fine. They are each about the size of a Fruit Pastille but much softer in texture. I would recommend this product. It’s definitely helped me. It may not be for everyone but be patient & give them a chance if you do decide to take them. Good luck ladies, it’s not easy being in our shoes at times.

After a few days of days these I felt a difference, I didn’t feel so tired anymore and I didn’t feel so panicked in the evenings too. I’m only just on my 9th day and I feel a lot better already and also it’s helped with my snacking too! Not sure if anyone else has had this , I don’t seemed to want to snack and I’d helping me with my relationship with food as it’s been awful! X

Taste really nice have been taking them for a few weeks my period is less painful and lighter then normal and I am experiencing less mood swings as well

I was drawn to these as it’s hard to come by good vitamins that aren’t in tablet form. I like the mix of minerals and vitamins in there and was impressed by the content of each per mg.Whilst the taste is nice, unfortunately the first ingredients is sugar but doesn’t say anywhere how much sugar is in each gummy.Having taken these for almost a month, I don’t think they’re doing much in terms of helping me regulate my hormones and I’m still experiencing PMS/PMDD symptoms.I think they’re worth a try but unfortunately didn’t work for me.

They definitely taste better than other gummy vitamins I've had and they don't get stuck to my teeth. I also think I've felt a little calmer less PMS than normal

I have used these for couple months now and they are really good.I used to feel like I was on edge and these have really helped me to get my hormones balanced.I am 37 and lately I could feel that I am not myself, after researching a bit I thought it might be hormonal changes and thought to give these a try and the change I felt since taking them is worth every penny.Will be ordering again

The media could not be loaded. They smell lovely and the taste seems like pineapple and lemon to me personally.They're sweet at first and then have a bitter ish after taste but it doesn't linger around, just have a sip of water and you're good to go.The texture doesn't bother me either, they're easy to chew and don't stick to your teeth.I haven't noticed any difference but it's hard to tell after a month.No adverse effects, maybe slight bloating but i cant be convinced it's due to these gummiesOverall, I like them!
