Looks and Works Like the Factory Part
I happen to have a new Pentair original one of these in stock for my Triton TR100C filter, and I cannot find any differences between the two. This is the exact same as the original part right down to the wording on the caution label. Even the white color of the bottom seal is the same. The brutal Arizona sun eventually discolors and fogs the plastic and makes it hard to see through after a while and so having a spare at a somewhat reduced price is a benefit. Also, the weak spot for all of these in my experience is the place where the pressure gauge screws in. After a while, it is common for that threaded section to develop a small crack and start to leak. Don’t use Teflon® tape on the threads. Use pipe sealer with Teflon® instead and do not over-tighten the gauge.Unlike the “factory” one, this one comes with a new nut on the bottom, (Pentair Part # 154412) so in that regard, it is even better than factory. This unit does not come with any instructions, but the description says “the assembly can be quickly and effortlessly installed” which is a bit optimistic in my opinion. You will have to remove the black filter closure using the special wrench to access the nut that holds it to the filter closure. To do this job, you will probably need the special wrench for the tank top closure (Pentair Part # 152507), and a new square-cut sealing ring for the lid (Pentair Part #152509). (Part numbers are for a Triton TR100C filter) So, it’s not a particularly easy job, but if yours is cracked, discolored, or leaking, you just have to resign yourself to doing the job.

check bleeder washers before installation!
Bleeder valve was hard to close. after investigating I found that a clear nylon flat washer that goes between bleeder valve and the housing was catywampus and not set properly inline with the bleeder valve. nylon flat washer was damaged and I had to make my own washer to ensure bleed valve would close properly. installer beware!!!

Pentair. Worst design relief valve.
This is the worst design relief valvepentair has ever made. I have replaced it 5 times in less than 3 seasons. Cracks and leeks somewhere on the clear plastic valve side or gauge side usually within a month to 6 weeks. This one lasted about 6 weeks. Needs replaced but of course out of warranty. Pentair needs to redesign this part of their filter.

STRONG AND WELL DESIGNED
This one seems to be made like the oem piece. I use thread paste on the male gauge threads as I think using tape can contribute to the plastic cracking. I like to keep an extra air relief valve on hand along with other parts so my filter isn't down for long if something breaks in middle of the summer.
