Good bar, great value, and sturdy for a home gym

This was purchased as a gift. It is a quality bar that can hold more than enough weight for the smaller framed person using it and has a high quality bearing set for ease use when bench pressing or squatting.

This summer my husband was training our daughters on weightlifting and fitness. This was the perfect size for the girls, heights ranging from 4’11” - 5’3”. Cute colors which always add fun and motivation to working out!!!
