We decided to buy this spray for our getaway trip to a cabin and it didn’t disappoint. We had it with us at all times and made our stay a little more peaceful. We did not have to use it on a bear however we did test it out just to make sure we new how to use it in case of a real bear attack.

Haven't has time use it yet but seems like very good quality and will make me feel safer out on trails in the back country of Idaho. I like the compact size of it so itll be easy to attach to my backpack for quick and easy access.

Very powerful agent. Carried on tractor BUT snagged limbs punctured can. Burned, hand, leg, eyes, throat, couldn't breath for a minute. Agent remained on clothes even after washing, remained in sink causing eyes to water and inducing cough days after exposure. Be careful

When I camped in Washington State near the Canadian border, I was in bear territory. The camp organizers mandated bear whistles and suggested bear spray. Too old to wrestle a bear like Davy Crockett did in the legend, I opted for bear spray. This arrived quickly and fit the bill. Bought this in preparation for a trip to Yellowstone National Park and surrounding area last summer. We stayed in an area with supposedly the highest concentration of grizzly bears in the country. Didn’t need it but was certainly glad I had it. Well made canister. Nice holder. Will take it with me on my next road trip next summer.
