I contacted Amazon customer care for a replacement, but they refused due to their 7-day replacement policy. I pushed back, explaining that it's unrealistic for someone without technical expertise, like myself, to verify a complex electrical product within that timeframe. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, I couldn't get a replacement through Amazon.However, I reached out to the seller via the Amazon app, and they truly understood my situation. They promptly arranged a replacement, and while it took some time to arrive, their effort was much appreciated. Now, I've installed the inverter with the help of the Luminous installation team (free installation). Thanks to Luminous for their support.Situations like these can happen, but what's important is how the issue is handled. I'm grateful to the seller for going the extra mile to resolve the problem.Stand firm and fight for your rights—those who are genuine will understand your situation and be willing to help.

Inverter going off, when there is no power supply, multiple services are like (board replacement, and wire replacement done) but not working. Replacement or refund are would be better.
