I was looking for an electric motor to open the roof of my roof top observatory which is easy to install and can be used manually whenever required, I came across this garage door opener. Purchased motors for 15 ft long iron sliding gates weighing 860 kg . It has excellent performance like amazing remote operated from even 70 ft distance , manual Lock /Unlock feature, motor force with smoothness.. It was properly guided, installation manual is easily understood, wiring diagram, adjustments of speed, directions, force r simplified..
