put down the seed last fall, sprouting was very good. while i seeded a bit late in the season the product performed as expected. Would buy again

This seed doesn't germinate
I overseeded with this seed in October when the daytime temps were between 75 to 90 degrees and nighttime temps between 55 to 65, covered lightly with landscape soil from the nursery and watered 2 to 3 tames daily and the seed didn't germinate. Pennington Customer service responded by telling me that it's a cool temp fescue and my planting conditions were too warm so it would not germinate. BS

These grow alright if you use azomite on them and cover with soil.I put down azomite and then seeds and the garden soil over them.I kid you not I had grass sprouting up on day 4.Been a about 6 monthsApril 2025 picture

Zero germination
After preparing the new lawn (the whole backyard) with dethatching and starter fertilizer, I reseeded with this, and watered the lawn 1 hour every day for 2 weeks, and got zero germination. I patched the lawn beside my house the same day with some Scott’s seeds that have stayed in my garage for 2 years and got excellent results.
