Good to use but was slightly unsturdy
When I opened to use it was like the handle was not glued on properly as it came off, I did shove it back in and it was fine after. Really good when un-tangling nots in the carpet, works great with my thick pile carpet in living room.After discussing the problem with the sellers they have communicated and been very accommodating to me! Would recommend them again!

Good but rips the fabric
Bought this to use on my daughters fluffy rug and found it extremely difficult to get through the fluff. After a while, it was working through the fluff and then started to rip the bottom of the rug.

Really makes a difference
It doesn't take long but really loosens the dirt and brings it to the surface for vacuuming. Really worth having as definitely makes a difference

Don't bother
Not sturdy, the handle comes in multiple pieces that screw together but you can't tighten them fully so they're always coming apart. It's just cheap flimsy tat. I've returned for a refund. I thought spending £30 it might be OK, I was wrong!

Great for use I. Sheepskin rugs.
I used this product for its intended purpose ie one side to keep sheepskin rugs knot free and the other for keeping carpet tufts more upright. It does it’s intended job very well.

After fixing it, it does do the job.
Just minutes after I started using it on my rug the comb separated (see picture).I used a building glue which I injected into the hollow, then turned the comb 90 degrees and pushed it into the hole, now tighter, as I turned it 90gd, the comb is held by strong glue and the force of tightness.

This is fab for fluffing up my rug and also it helps if you do it before hoovering it really gets them clean
