Terrible interface
We bought the very first August lock and have used for a long time. We bought this to upgrade and replace and are returning it. The app and set up and removal of old products is literally impossible. Through instructions we removed us as owners and then we lost it forever. Said we had to get an email from the original owners and got stuck in an insufferable loop of ridiculous requirements. We’ve owned many other Bluetooth and wireless locks and August is by far the most difficult to deal with.
