G-Form just doesn't miss!
I don't know how to say it without coming off as a complete fan-boy, but G-Form just doesn't miss! Every single MTB pad I've got is from G-Form now, I threw all my old stuff out. What I like most about the brand and all the pads I have is that they actually fit correctly and comfortably! That's way more than I can say about the others I've used. Some elbow pads would fit great on the bicep but loose on the forearm, or vise-versa. The other problem I had was lack of mobility with other brands, they just felt like you were compressed and range of motion was difficult.I find it fitting that they call these "elbow guards" and not pads, because they are just that, they have WAY more protection than just pads do and give me a lot of confidence on downhill days. They're overkill for me on trail rides, but they are now my go-to for enduro and DH days. I use the Terra pads for trail rides. As for sizing, they're spot on - maybe a tad snug if your measurements are in the upper 1/3 of the range. If so, I'd order up one size. I'm 6'3", 180 lbs and 9% body fat, so I'm pretty darn lean. My measurements put me in a large, but if I were to appreciably bulk up, I would be looking at the XL.

Thoughtful Design.
For reference I ordered the Adult Medium. My biceps are 13 inches, forearm 11 inches and wrist 7 inches. There are many great features on these Elbow Guard sleeves. They have a cut out in the inner elbow bend, creating a better range of movement when riding. The elbow guard is a honeycomb shaped silicon/plastic? that has an additional comfort pad that fits into it. These both slide out to be able to wash the sleeve. I wish they had included replacement elbow guard pads (similar material to bike helmet pads) as these will wear out quickly. Additional sewn in non removable pads are located on both the inner and outer forearm. The material on the inner arm is mesh giving good airflow when sweating. Nice silicone grip on the inside of the upper and lower opening that keep the sleeve in place and prevent slipping. The stitching a surging on these sleeves are impeccably well sewn. This is an absolute must on durability as the natures of these sleeve require tugging and pulling to get on and off. Overall very pleased with this brand.

A little tight for me, BUT
These are great for skating ramps or if you need to get down on the ground and do some crazy landscaping. Other than wishing that they could breathe just a little more, these are honestly fantastic

Great Guards, just a bit Pricey
Alibi for pricey: I've been out of the hunt for buying gear like this for QUITE some time, but I can do cross-comparisons with the elbow and knee pads that I do know a bit more recent pricing on (semi-tactical)... I can get a mid set of hard guards (with padding inside)--elbow AND knee--for less than just these. That being said, these do fit very well, don't have any sharp spots, and seem to do the trick. I tried my luck w/trees in the yard and rocks and such... padding held up well and didn't deform or scuff more than expected. If you're in the market and willing to pay, these will not let you down at all... I think that I was just hit with the initial sticker shock of it all, but these really do work just fine. You won't be disappointed by any means, just out a bit of coin.

Excellent
We have a few different pieces from G-Form and they've all been excellent. If you're debating between two sizes, definitely size up, but overall they fit as expected. Lots of protection and very well made. Highly recommend!

Comfortable
The medium fit older tweens and most women. They are fairly comfortable to wear. The padding also didn't bother me when riding. These were great for mountain biking. Happy with this brand!

Very high quality elbow pads from a trusted brand
I've got other G-Form protective gear and I've always been satisfied with both the quality and the value for money. These elbow pads are more of a "premium" line, particularly suited for gravity riders. The design and build feel premium in every way.The sizing is consistent with G-Form's other products (I'm a tall, slender guy and Medium elbow pads fit me). These are comfortable to wear and have neither impeded my movements nor caused any chafing or irritation. I haven't taken any spills with them yet, so I can't comment on the protection per se, but the combination of hard outer shell and inner padding gives me plenty of confidence that they'll do their job when called upon.
