Basic Chromebook, Accessory Pack Comment
Delivered today, and the computer is what i expected (this is my 4th Chromebook, so no surprises).Decent screen; plastic (not metal) case; no touch screen; no backlit keyboard.2022 as advertised so no HDMI port, but two USB C and two USB 2/3 ports.Accessory pack has mousepad, female to male USB2 extender cable, and an HDMI cable.From the description I expected the HDMI cable to be USB-C to HDMI; it is not, it is a standard male to male HDMI cable. That means you will still need a USB C to HDMI adapter to connect this Chromebook to another monitor. As for the USB extender and mousepad, I guess the seller has a stock of them anxious to move out of the warehouse. The HDMI cable will definitely be helpful; I already have the necessary pigtail adapter.Nice touch from HP, a felt screen protector sheet between the keyboard and screen. Now, as long as I don't lose that, it will be a nice addition.

Most windows software will not work with it.
Apps did not work well with it, kept wanting to use as touch screen which this did not have. apps also wanted to open as phone or tablet size and the few that would open full screen were glitchy. No real dedicated word processing software available, except the net sheets which would not work well without internet.Worked good for surfing internet.

HP Chromebook 2024 Premium Laptop Student Business
Going in the trash. completely useless. I don't think I have encountered a laptop less user friendly. Have had it in service for about three weeks and it is either infected with every trojan, intrusion, critical virus you can think of or McAfee is winding me up to purchase more anti virus security. you cannot disable the touch pad, it fails 60% of the time providing a legible print, no shift lock. I could go on but it just makes me more irritated. Money already wasted/return window expired I'd offer a very short window too if I was selling this POS. I DO a LOT from Amazon and this is the first time I have been compelled to leave a negative review. DO NOT PURCHASE. you will regret it.
