Caffeine amount effective
Have rebought. Effective amount of caffeine without belong overwhelming. Mild mint taste. Would recommend as a subtle pick me up.

As a Type 1 diabetic, they addressed my questions quickly in a timely manner after reaching to customer service.I genuinely enjoy this gum. I got the “Caramel Macchiato” It’s tasty delicious, no jitteriness, and keeps me “Dialed” all day. No heart burn that comes with coffee. Functionality is phenomenal you can even cut the gum pieces out using scissors so you ain’t carrying the whole pack around. What I like most about this product is you can take as much or as little as you need. each piece is 50 mg of caffeine. As much as one small shot of espresso.If you need an afternoon pick me up, or if you are on a road trip and want to stay awake but not have to pull over to make bathroom stops this is for you! I chose mint. And it's a very nice cool mint flavor that does last.

Works great for losing weight
It works great for losing weight. I'm already dieting and exercising I got those for energy and appetite suppression. I helps with both a lot. I chew a piece about an hour before I go workout twice a day and one about 30 minutes before lunch. I'm dropping the pounds now way faster using only three pieces a day. I was losing about 4 pounds a week with just diet and exercise. I lost 9 in a week using this......

Expensive and Terrible Taste
I'm not sure how to explain the taste but it was no caramel macchiato that I've ever tasted. It had a hint of coffee like flavor but the caramel taste was simply just off. I had one piece and simply couldn't deal with the flavor / taste.

Every time I'v tried gums like this they get grainy while you chew them and have differnt texture. This gum isn't like that. I like it and has a nice minty flavor. Im not sure if I get that energy like I do from a cup of coffee but maybe. I would purchase again.
