I LOVE THIS LAPTOP! IT WAS BRAND KNEW! I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT! WORKS LIKE A DREAM! PACKAGED NEW! I THINK IT WAS NEVER OPENED! PERFECT BRAND NEW CONDITION! I DIDN'T RATE FOR GAMING BECAUSE I DO NOT PLAY GAMES BUT IT DOES GREAT FOR EVERYTHING ELSE SO I AM SURE IT WILL FOR GAMES TOO! AND THE COLOR IS A BEAUTIFUL PINK BUT THE KEYBOARD IS SILVER NOT PINK AS PICTURED AND I PREFER THE SILVER KEYBOARD I THINK A PINK KEYBOARD WOULD HAVE BEEN TOO MUCH. DO NOT BUY
Computer wired great, until I tried to download something and it told me I have no disk space. Out of 57.1 GB I have 243 mb. I just got this computer like 2 weeks ago and have hardly used it. I tried to delete a 7,000 plus item file in here that the computer came with, and it won’t let me because I need permission. Permission from who, it’s my computer? So basically it’s useless

Disappointed
I was hesitant about purchasing a refurbished laptop; I assumed it would be in good working condition. I think it was wrong I was charged a restocking fee for an item that was faulty. I had stated in my return, it would work okay but then would start flashing randomly with no access to my documents and I would have no idea when it would stop. I reached out to try and resolve the issue and nothing worked, so instead of losing my documents I decided to return it within my return window.
