Very strong magnet and simple install.
I got this magnet stop for my garage door. There were no instructions but it's extremely simple to install. Drill a hole in the floor, epoxy in the cylinder and metal stop then drill a hole in the bottom of the door for the magnet piece and screw it in with the included screws. Obviously, you'll have to take the door off the hinges but make sure you've aligned things before doing so.The magnet is very strong and will hold the door securely. The height of the floor mounted piece is only about 2mm so it's pretty low profile which makes it unnoticeable.Definitely recommend.
