Perfect to add texture to a wall, easy to clean
I needed a roller like this to paint a few walls that have texture, a thick nap roller didn't match the texture I needed, so I decided to try this one and it worked like a charm. Although the roller material seems to be made of a silicone type of material, it has the texture of a natural sponge. It slides onto the provided handle very easily and cleaning seems to be much easier than the wool rollers since there are air pockets that allow for easy rinsing. Overall I think these are a great buy especially if you have a textured wall or are looking to add texture to a wall.

Textured paint roller
I got this to use to paint my spare bedroom. I like the textured look it creates when you paint with it.

It was ok
It didn't work very well, I used the black one that was much better for texturing walls. This didn't work well for the texturing and it doesn't really work for paint.

I am not sure what people were on about with this roller. It is terrible.
