Goode coverage but little apparent acoustic value
Easy to mount, good adherence, easy to cut and give an excellent finish.A good way of covering poor plasterwork!

Look great, easy to use.
These are great for soundproofing ceilings in a smaller space. I have used them in my man cave and they have stuck on easily. Do remember to use a new Stanley blade whilst cutting them though as scissors will not 'cut it' (LOL!) and be aware of the fibres that will fly around. They are not foam, they are more like carpet tiles so bear that in mind. They look great on my ceiling though. Recommended.

Good but you can see the seams
A little difficult to get the squares perfectly lined up so you can't see the seams, but looks good. I bought these to use as a background for product photography - they diffuse the light nicely.

Excellent sound treatment
Really good quality, it’s like a very dense felt, very rigid. The self adhesive back is very sticky no fear of it peeling off. I bought 4 packs it covered this wall which is 6 x 7 feet (42 square feet) and had six panels over which is used on the adjoining wall. It’s great for flattening the sound and helps toward sound leak through the wall too. Highly recommend these panels over the foam ones any day! Great product for the price. Great for the price but with one big issue for me
For the price these do a decent job and also look rather nice. It's a dense material and do help with sound reflections. The adhesive is also very strong.However my main issue is that either from production tolerances or from taking a few bumps in shipping, none of the edges are particularly straight, especially the corners. So when lining the panels up I was left with quite a few gaps where the panels don't meet from being misshapen. So before buying these I'd recommend painting whatever they are going over the same colour as the panels you pick. I wish I'd known this before as with the adhesive there stuck like that now.
