Porcelain, not plastic
This review is for the TWDRTDD E26 to E11 Light Socket Adapter,Porcelain Standard Medium E26/E27 Screw Socket to Mini Candelabra E11 Socket Lamp Adapter Converter Reducer (2-Pack,E26-E11).Six stars if I could give them. For a few years I have been using E11 halogen bulbs in an E26 socket dining room chandelier. The adapters I was using were plastic. With the heat the white plastic would turn brown. And the adapters made intermittent contact. I replaced the plastic adapters with the same results.In my frustration I found the TWDRTDD porcelain adapters. No problems. I highly recommend them. Everything seems secure. Five stars. Avoid plastic.

Feels sturdy and reliable
This adapter does what it’s supposed to do. Moreover, it feels sturdy, has good heft to it, and holds the e11 bulb snuggly. Had it for one night but so far so good
