So easy to use
If you don't already have it, which I'm not sure why you wouldn't with all the great Inkbird products available, download the Inkbird app, connect to the wifi, add the Sous Vide, and start cooking. The controls are super easy to use in the app. I tested the water temperature with 2 of my thermometers compared to what the display on the sous vide read several times and it was always within a half degree. It heats the water quickly and seems to maintain the temperature very even. This is my first wand style sous vide so the very faint humming of the pump (or whatever it is that circulates the water) did stand out at first, but it is not an issue at all. Literally any background noise at all like conversation, tv, kids, etc... and it is inaudible. I cooked a steak for the maiden voyage and it came out exactly how I like it. Dropped it into a hot skillet for a few seconds on each side to give it just a little sear and it was delicious. I have since cooked up a few chicken breasts. If you haven't done that, you need to get on it. Soooo good. The unit looks great, is priced right, and performs excellently. What's not to love? Thank you Inkbird for yet another stellar product for the kitchen.

Great for Homebrewing Sparge Water.
Similar to all their products, the Inkbird Sous Vide Cooker ISV-101W was easy to set up and add to the Inkbird app. The app gives you the benefits of presets, alarms and remote control using your Wi-Fi connection. But even if you don't use the app, the controls on the device are intuitive and easy to use stand-alone. The top screen displays your set and current temps, along with heat time, recipe and more. And it alerts you when the water is at temp, time is up, etc. Aside from the normal uses to cook food, I use mine for homebrewing to keep my sparge water at temp. I set the Sous Vide in my pot of sparge water and set the temp to 170 so it is ready to use when I need it. Works great and I am very happy with the product.

So simple to use!
I have wanted to try one of these for several years. I have watched the Guga channel on YouTube that whole time and now I finally did it!!This seriously was the easiest steak I have ever cooked. It was 5 minutes from removing the cooker from the box to starting the cook. The app was super simple to setup and it connected without a hitch. I selected the cook I was going to do, hit go and it was off and running. 2 hours at 131F and then seared it on my super heated griddle for 1.5 minutes on each side. They were perfectly cooked. So tender you could cut em with a dull butter knife. Absolutely delicious.Very satisfied with this purchase! I use a Inkbird thermometer as well and it’s fantastic and this cooker did not disappoint either. Highly recommend it!!!

Works great!
I've had an old Sansaire (no longer sold) for many years now, and it's starting to fall apart (seems to maybe have been a design issue with the way the removable heating coil shield clipped onto the body). I've got other Inkbird products that I use and like quite well for homebrewing and cooking, so thought I'd give this a try. I'm glad I did, this is a great cooker!Price: The Sansaire was almost $200, this was well under $100Size: The Sansaire was huge and heavy, this is compact and lighter. The clip on the Sansaire was huge and allowed me to hook it over the edge of the cooler; the Inkbird had a smaller clip that seems similar in size to most other cookers on the market now, so I had to trim the lip of the cooler some to get it to fit. Not a big deal, and the Inkbird clip seems sturdy. Being smaller, the Inkbird is easier to move around and store.Power: The Sansaire was 1100 watts, this is 1000 watts. In practice, I don't see any difference in performance. Heating times seem similar, and this Inkbird has no trouble heating and maintaining temperature in the 38 quart cooler I do my cooks in.Use: The Sansaire had a dial that was turned to set the temperature, and that was it. The Inkbird can be programmed; it also has a lot of presets in the software on the device and connectivity to an app that allows different cooking parameters to be selected, and has recommended settings eg, for pork. If you aren't sure how something should be cooked, the app has some guidance for you. However, you don't need to use the app for this. I was pleased to discover that if I know what I want I can manually select a temperature (and set the time to 99 hours so I can turn it off whenever I want) and it will start the cook, no WiFi or connectivity to the App needed.Accuracy: Temperature matched up to within a degree F to several of my digital thermometers, so this is good.Build: The Sansaire had an all plastic body, which ended up cracking apart over time. The Inkbird has a metal housing around the heating coils, so seems like it would be more durable.Any negatives: The cord is a little short; you will need to use this somewhat near a plug on the counter. The Sansaire had a really long cord so there was more freedom in where to locate the cook. Inkbird if you are reading this, please consider increasing the cord length by a couple feet. Not a big deal, though, as the cord still reached an outlet in my normal cooking location.Overall: Great product! The technology has really come a long way in the years since I bought the Sansaire. The more compact size, better price, and metal housing around the coils are all excellent improvements. I'd be a little annoyed if I had to go through the app to cook, but I don't, so I'm happy with the purchase.

Works perfectly
The media could not be loaded. Does just as described right out of the box. Setup took about a minute with the app. Tested with just water. Heat up took a few minutes. The app notified me when it reached temp. Checked against a calibrated thermometer and it was right on without having to calibrate. Great product!

Makes noise.
The minute you plug in its making noise like some kind of fan is running. To me it should be quite until I start using. Other then that worked OK except it was slow to get temperature that was set on.

From Grill to Kitchen
I used this product and found it very easy to use. Connected it to phone in seconds and set it to 129. I measured the water temperature with 3 meat thermometers found it was running about 1 degree high calibrated it very easily . Then I waited a little over an hour threw it on skillet and bam a great steak. Here's some pictures from my first time using it not bad. Highly recommend if your trying to switch up.
