I've only been taking this for 3 weeks. I'm not sure if I can tell any difference. I had started taking it when I was told I was having pvc's and after wearing a portable heart monitor. Then after wearing a heart monitor, I was told no pvc's were indicated. I decided since I had already purchased the Magnesium taurate I might as well take it.

I am using this to prevent foot & leg cramps. Grok3 recommended this type of magnesium as the best. This is the lowest cost that I have found and works great.

As I just started taking this supplement I do not have sufficient knowledge as to how it should function . So far so good!!

I can't give this a complete rating or review because I haven't used it long enough, but so far so good. It doesn't overly cause loose stools like regular magnesium; but, of course, it still acts as a laxative, because that's one of the things magnesium does. I just hope that at a daily dose of only 23% of the "Daily Value", it still benefits the body enough. My guess is that if one takes more than that, it likely causes diarrhea. So, that's all I can say about this product for now.
