It is a good Vitamin C and Zinc supplement for kids with some elderberry included. These gummies have a good flavour as long as your kids like elderberry flavour. These are easy to chew though cannot be swallowed easily without chewing. My kids love these. There are 60 gummies included which is enough for 2 months for one kid or 1 month for two kid, obviously. The effects are not that explicitly visible but I am hoping that with some passage of time we should be able to see some results.Good packaging, good bottle, Vitamin C is a good thing to have though not too sure about zinc so please check with your doctor before putting your kids on a steady supply. My doctor said it is okay for my kids. Highly Recommended!

These are a nice berry flavour which makes them great for kids. The gummies are easy to chew, and don't stick to the teeth. I think these would be easier to get kids to take rather than traditional elderberry syrup. Overall I like the product and would use it again.
