Extremely Disappointed with Samsung Frame Series 4K 55" TV – Malfunctioned After Just 2 Years!
I’ve been a loyal Samsung customer, but my experience with the Samsung Frame Series 4K 55” TV has been a huge letdown. After only 2.5 years of regular use, the TV glitched right after a routine software update. The screen developed horizontal lines, and the entire panel is now unusable.What’s worse? When I contacted Samsung support, they quoted an outrageous repair cost between ₹60k! There was absolutely no physical damage to the TV—it just stopped working after their update.For a premium product, I expected much better quality and customer service. I never imagined such a short lifespan for a TV that cost a significant amount. Samsung should take responsibility for these defects, but their service has been nothing short of disappointing.I strongly advise anyone considering this model to think twice before purchasing. I trusted the brand for reliability, but this experience has completely changed my perception of Samsung

AMAZING TV with one irritating minor factor
No doubt tv is amazing but the remote isSooooo sensitive. Buttons get pressed accidentally so many times because of slightest of touch

Disappointed
The media could not be loaded. Started seeing lines without any physical damage. Samsung customer service quoted 60k for replacement of the panel. Voice input was not working with YouTube from beginning.
