I have a beard and moustache. I've been using a CPAP for 20 years and just learned that I could use surgical tape to stop mouth breathing. The first thing I discovered is that any width greater than 1/2" sticks to my facial hair and is painful to remove. Products made for this purpoase are all too wide... and TOO EXPENSIVE!. This product fills the bill perfectly. I just use the dispenser to cut a piece about 3" long - it's already the right width for me - fold it in half lengthwise and put it between my lips. No need for scissors next to the bed, and there's enough in this package to last for a year.

Being in a tape dispenser makes your caring for your wound so much easier and more sanitary and convenient. It's great.

Cheaper version for mouth tape that works the same way

After night one of using this it stayed on the whole night and was easy to take off. It’s affordable and you get a good amount of tape.

Love this as mouth tape when I’m sleeping. Sticks pretty well to my skin even with skincare/moisturizer on. I’ve even been able to use it with lip balm/lip masks that I like to apply before bed. Does not irritate my skin at all as it is meant to be used on skin. Stop wasting your money on expensive “mouth tape” and get this instead.
