Too heavy, too small and stiff
I bought the dispenser and was VERY disappointed! The towels are small, stiff and heavy and they are all smashed up when they come out of the dispenser, which is a horrible design. The hole in the dispenser is way too small and either wads the towels up or they rip off on the way out. Costomer service was worthless and didn't read my complaint, only told me to watch their video, which is consider false advertising. I returned as much as I could and gave the rest away. Good idea, horrid implementation.
