Great little toy, could be better.
Wish I could give it 5 stars, but it does have just a few design flaws, and as others have noted, the instructions on running the strings for claw movement leave a lot to be desired. Also, my controller is not put together correctly, and the buttons kind of get stuck. However, it looks incredible and parts are of equal quality compared to Lego. At sometimes half the price, the few issues are easy to overlook. I've seen some reviews complaining about motor power output, but they work just fine for me. It swivels, spins, moves forward and back just fine. However, I have not tried it under load but I don't expect it to be able to be very functional in that regard. It looks cool just holding various nicknacks while sitting on my desk.My biggest gripe is the design flaw on moving the claw along the track. The friction of the trolley on the line is much greater than friction of the motorized wheel against the string, so the wheel will just spin and the trolley will not move. I'm able to move it when helping with some extra force. I've tried it extremely tight, middle, and loose, but there's not overcomming the lack of friction from the wheel.TL;DR: Great value for the cost, no missing pieces, but it's not fully functional thanks to either bad design or poor instruction.

Weak motor
I'm an experience brick builder. This would be a good build if it didn't advertise as functional. The motor is incapable of lifting anything, including the claw. The string routes are poorly designed. Parts are almost aligned, but not quite - for example the upper support arm isn't straight which means it doesn't quite fit where it's supposed to. If you have experience with designing your own, you should be able to make this mostly work, but the motor will never lift the claw, so it's only for track movement.

Instructions are not clear for stringing the crane portion
Pieces are solid and compatible with lego. Instructions are mostly good but really impossible to understand for connecting the 2 strings for hoisting. Its only pictures and they are not super clear. Wrote to tech support 2x for help and no answers. Overall, decent build but may have to get a little ceeative and have some patience.
