Work fine.
Welding rods either work or they don't. These work. I don't think there's a lot more to say...the flux hasn't fallen off the rods and the welds are as good as with any other rods.

First use with Stainless steel E316L-16 rods/electrodes.
Got these direct, but price is virtually identical (a penny difference) and received them within 48hrs.These are my first experience with stainless steel electrode rods, so I have no other basis for comparison regarding price, or performance, but they look clean (subject to welding experience) and slag comes off easily, similarly to 6013 rods. The 1.6mm rods I bought weigh 8.5g -9g each and for the pack of 30 (came in a card packet, don't know if any of their sizes actually comes in a box or not) they weigh about 257g. If you need more rods, it's cheaper to buy in bulk (not much difference in cost per electrode for 1KG or 2.5KG, but a significant saving with the 5KG - based on the 1.6mm size, the other thicknesses may differ).Would have been nice to have specifics on what DC polarity works best - I welded only in DC- / Electrode negative / Straight polarity - and what amp setting but nothing of the sort on packaging. For some reason, 1.6mm rods are more expensive than the other sizes when buying in KG - about 2/3 more, so I suggest looking at those if thinner rods aren't an important factor.
