We purchased this product after we had a get together at our house. One of the attendees spilled a little bit of red wine on our counter top and we didn’t notice it until a few days later. We tried using our normal granite and stone cleaner but the stain wouldn’t come out. So we purchased a clean story marble and granite cleaner after reading the reviews. I’m glad to announce the stain came out of our white granite counter top! I highly recommend this product. It doesn’t smell like a cleaning agent and works well!

Tried on my sealed granite kitchen counters. Seemed ok for minor cleaning. Not sure it was that effective for more stubborn stuff. Perhaps being a daily cleaner, it can't be too harsh so won't clean as well. Says it is safe for food prep areas but on the bottle has warning about swallowing and that it can be a skin irritant. I guess it is safe after wiping and drying off. I'm using for quick touchup cleaning. Probably more like 3.5 stars for me but rounding to 4.

This product does not leave a residue on your natural stone. We have been using this since it arrived as the balanced ph formula is perfect for our surfaces.The product is not designed to remove etches or stains that have already happened or seeped into your stone. These problems need more attention/services like a clean and seal process or a full stone rehab.

I tried it on my marble shower and kitchen quartz countertops, and it worked great! Everything is super clean and streak-free, just like it promises. Plus, there's no weird smell left behind. I love it!

Would not recommend. Tried multiple times. Just did not work. Does not work on stains.

This is hands down the best stone cleaning product I’ve ever used. Many other products I’ve tried leave streaks or don’t seem to work much differently than water. A Clean Story cleans my stone counters well and leaves nice mild streak-free shine.
