I would recommend this product
I like that you have the choice between six different light colors and the price isn't that high you could adjust it to different levels and you could adjust it in different angles also easy to operate make sure you wear your infrared glasses to protect your eyes

Works great and lasts but need longer adjustable necks
My daughter has to use this for her TSW (topical steroid withdrawal) which has disabled her and changed our lives entirely so I’m grateful to have these at home ones that can be set beside the bed for her care routine. It is very easy to plug in at which time it immediately turns on. It is very lightweight and very easy to fold up and put back in the box. It came in for travel. I really like the design and how it can fold up into a short little package, and I really like the ability to set the timer for five 1015 or 20 minutes. I even love the function that can go from blue to red but also blue and red together so that we can kill bacteria and restore the skin simultaneously and not have to do two different sessions for that. However, we have run into the issue of just not having long enough next on the Adjustable lights so we have to flip her over because I can’t pull the lights around her little body even when she’s lying near the edge of the bed. If this had double the length gooseneck, it would get a five star rating.

As advertised
All the colors work as described, but I can’t prove that any therapeutic effects come from it. I can tell you that it’s hard to get it close to some things due to how far the base legs go out for stability. Good though.

What you see is what you get!!!
I purchased this product to relieve pain from aching joints…. It was packaged very neatly and was super easy to assemble only a couple of parts and all of the parts worked exactly as they should exactly as the picture shows. It’s very easy to adjust the light bars with the ability to raise and lower it and bend in any direction that is needed… Would buy again and recommend highly!!!!

Wow, really impressive!
I don't know if red light therapy actually does anything (I'm a philosopher millionaire trust-fund baby, not a scientist) so I'm going to concern my review with the design and functionality of the device itself.I opened the box, and found a tripod, and an array of 4 lights that get mounted on the tripod. The tripod is extendable in height, so you can use this device in virtually any position you'd like. Laying high, laying low, sitting, standing, etc.The 4 lights are on flexible/bendy arms, so you can adjust the spread of them to cover the parts of your body you want exposed to the light. You can cover your entire body if so inclined. There is a wired controller/remote that allowed you to easily set the time limit yo want to be under the light. It also controls ON/OFF (some of you might call that "power;" good for you), and light intensity. It also comes with a pair of sunglasses to help protect your lookers from the intensity of the light. Are they needed to prevent damage to the eyes? I don't know, but I don't think so. The lights is safe for the skin, so eyes closed should be fine.I was impressed by this contraption. Off the top of my head I can't think of anything that could improve it ---- oh wait, I just thought of something. The only drag I can say about this device is that if you put all the lights close to each other and extended fully ut, the tripod could become unstable, and the unit can tip. The problem could have been solved in design by making the tripod feet longer, thus spreading the weight out over a larger distance, thereby reducing instability. But in reality, just put something on a tripod leg, like a pillow, if it's gonna tip.All in all, 5 stars!

Very helpful!
The Red Light Therapy Lamp is a versatile device with seven color options and a timer feature, making it a great tool for targeted therapy on areas like the face, knees, and back. The deep red light is soothing and helps with various pain relief and skin treatments. The stand is adjustable, which allows for easy positioning. While it’s a bit bulky, the benefits of light therapy make it worth the space it occupies. This lamp is a solid choice for those interested in at-home red light therapy.
