Small flock, strong hands and on a budget? These are great.
I knew these were cheaper than my old ones, and I worried about the quality. My old ones packed in after a hard life (probably due to me being the world's slowest shearer) but I'm happy with these and they seem good value for money. I had them working for over an hour and they stayed cool. They cut through the mankiest of wool with ease, even the dangleberries on my old ewe which had fused to a felted hell. They were a bit on the chunky and heavy side, especially for small hands, and I was a bit wary trying to keep hold of them when they were oily, I wasn't quite so confident with them due to the weight, but I just went even slower 😳. Pleased to report no cuts/ red marks, and the design seems good in terms of nick prevention, and the sheep seemed pleased with the end result.

Great product at a fantastic price
This is a great product and represents very good value for money. We have worked out that it will have paid for itself in one year's use. We had very fast delivery and the customer service team are very responsive with answering questions. Great customer support.
Had been let down by a shearer & urgently needed to get sheep done. Ordered, delivered next day. Had issue with loose wire, contacted suppliers. They replied within minutes & organised new replacement sent ASAP.Sheared sheep well, bit heavy for me but I'm only small & have neck problems so should be great for anyone else.Fantastic value & first class customer service. Easy to use
As first time sheep shearers my daughter and I sheared our two sheep surprisingly well!The shears stayed sharp and were easy to use and clean afterwards ready for the next time

I ordered this product on Saturday and it was delivered Sunday was amazed. Used it on Monday to shear our pet sheep and was very happy with the ease and quality of the shears, 10 out of 10, very easy to clean too.Will definitely buy from these suppliers again.

do not buy it
It get so hot after 5 minutes and you have to stop otherwise it will burn the sheep skin

good shears for small flock, excellent customer service
Shears work well and were fine for our small flock. Second season of use we had a part come off that we lost , and Pet & Livestock HQ sent us replacement FOC so happy customer here and happy sheep too.
