So far I've used it a few times and love the sanitizing and auto clean functions. This one didn't come with a spinning brush that can fit in the container. I can't tell anywhere from the instructions is this container is detachable or not, but I'm guessing not since it has the self-cleaning mode. I also like the simplicity and that it can be room temp, heated to warm or boiling temps. I now use it to make my tea lattes all in one machine. Pumpkin latte is just simply adding the pumpkin puree, sweetener, flavoring, tea, spices, and then heat it to the right temp. Then i strain it for a perfect latte. I used the strained remnants to make pumpkin spice butter. This saves many steps and so it's all around a great machine for the price. I hope it's an endurance performer though. I'll update if this changes.

Had to return a few nut milk makers that quit on me. This one has been great. Well designed and easy to use.

The start button didn't work consistently but when it did, I loved the almond milk it made and the quietness of the machine. The button eventually quit working and due to the lifetime warranty, they immediately sent out a replacement. I was VERY happy with their service. When I got the new machine yesterday, it had a much smaller capacity. I notified customer service and they said the warehouse inadvertently sent the wrong machine and they will ship the correct one out today. Based on the excellent customer service all along I can not complain.

Well, the machine was just okay until last week. I bought it in September 2024. It started to leak in the bottom of the machine, making it an electrical shock hazard. I stopped using it. It lasted six months.

Lots to like here but a few things are bothersome. It's very well made, only takes a few minutes (like 5 on the room temp setting). Some things that could be better: 1) the canister is glass (which I like) BUT IT DOES NOT COME OFF THE BASE...so forget about really intense washing. If you want to wash it you have to carefully avoid getting water on the base or electrical outlet. The cleaning cycles (haven't used the sterilize yet...don't think I will) won't clean the lid (but that's OK as it comes off and can be rinsed) nor the top of the canister (NOT OK). Have to use a rag or paper towel. around the top. The sterilize cycle calls for soap. Not happening. Soap in the canister would need to be rinsed out which means put the entire thing in the sink and carefully avoid base and outlet. Also, there is an adorable, 30ml cup included. No idea what it's for. Other than that the quality is good, the warranty seems excellent but thought you might like to know the limits

I thought this had more Watts than the cheaper price model. It state on the Specification as 1500 Watts, but on the machine itself is 600 Watts. Or else I would have purchase the cheaper model since the Watts are the same. It would be nice if they would mark the buttons with food pictures like the other brand. This model does have overheat turnoff & the cheaper model doesn’t have.

Package delivered, I hope it is still there when I get home. I left specific delivery instructions, due to theft of packages.Update: It was thankfully still there and I used it immediately. The product works very well, I made almond/cashew milk. It tasted amazing..very smooth and creamy, I used bag for my kids milk which made it perfectly smooth no grit at all. I did not pre soak nuts either..I will try the soaked nuts to compare

I tried to make soy milk with this and failed. The bottom of the blender is flat. The blade is about 3/4 inch (1.5 cm) above the bottom. 1 - 2 tablespoons of nuts or beans sit under the blade. As you can see the picture, beans are not grinder or grated even after I run it again. It produced thinly white colored water and beans remain at the bottom. I had to use my simple cheep old blender to finish the work. I returned the product. The blender part does not come off like the simple blender and not easy to completely clean and too expensive for this quality.
