I am so happy with my new ice tray for my travel tumbler! I purchased a Powcan tumbler (which I also love) and since I don’t have an ice maker, I decided to purchase an ice tray that’s compatible with this design of tumbler. I’m so glad I did, because I especially love that the straw doesn’t get stuck in the ice like it would with normal ice cubes. The design keeps the ice along the outside of the cup, allowing plenty of space in the middle for your straw. This ice tray is silicone so the ice is very easy to push out of the molds. The tray has three different sized molds that stack perfectly in my 40oz tumbler. I also really like that the tray doesn’t take up much space in my freezer. I am VERY pleased with my purchase!

This concept is cool but it takes up way too much space in the freezer. It’s easy to clean. Easy to pop the ice out. Seems durable. But not worth the trade off for freezer space. I’d like one with a single ring. That’s enough ice to keep my drink cool and would free up freezer space .

I always fill my Powcan with ice and water the night before so in the morning I can just grab and go. Well once the water hits my fistful of cubes they turn into an impenetrable iceberg blocking my metal straw from finding the bottom. I have to go all Jason Voorhees stabby stabbing through that cold brick every morning and I’m starting to build too much muscle in my right arm from the workout. I am starting to look lopsided! I would leave the straw in with the ice but it’s too tall for my fridge that way!Well this ice tray solves my problem elegantly. These perfectly formed rings of frozen water hug the sides of my Powcan like an icy embrace and it keeps my can cool without taking up so much space. My water is the same amount of cold it was before but I no longer have to pucker my cheeks to violently suck frozen bits of ice through my straw just to get to my cooling refreshment. Thank you Powcan for another awesome product!

Great add on, stays frozen a lot longer than regular ice. Guessing because its with thicker.

As described.

It works as directed. Getting the ice rings out does take a little work. I think I won't use it much, as it's just as easy to use cubes.
