Doesn't work can't return
Item doesn't work no power getting to it at all and can't seem to be able to return it!! Waiting 5 for evri collection and nothing! Waste of money and time!

Effective Unit
It definitely provides adequate cooling. Once sorted how to drain of the water continuously,it can be used all night without sleep disruption.

Noisy but works SO WELL
The cold setting uses the dehumidifier so is noisier than I was expecting - but it works incredibly well so definitely worth it

Very disappointed for 12000 btu my previous 7000 unit was much better than this one Air not has cold for 12000
