This product has changed my life, the first time I have ever written a review on anything. I suffer with PMDD or did for years, but since being on these magic pills it’s completely vanished. I initially got them for the anti aging benefits/fitness related benefits. I never thought they would also completely change my mood, as nothing has helped me with that before and things got quite dark. I will now be on these until I’m old, I generally feel like everyone would benefit from taking NAD and needs to know how amazing these pills are. It will take a few months to see a difference and everyone’s bodies react differently. But I’m feeling the best I have in years. 👌🏻

I have been taking these tablets for about 3 months now and I seem to have more energy. I have not caught any viruses for ages either. Plus my skin also looks and feels younger. I am 65 and doing 3 hard spin classes and gym after the classes every week and have lots of energy left.

The media could not be loaded. Also it may help protect cells from oxiditive stress, as the research of resveratrol has shown signs of this. This product is missing some key aspects of the youth pill.What this needs is----Dark glass bottle with stainless steel lid, this will give barrier properties against light.--Resversatrol is low dosed I normally take 1500mg for upto 3 months these days.--NAD+ I prefer to take 1000mg.--May take 3 months or so to notice something happening, so a 3 month supply for £19 would be better value.There are 60 capsules, and it's in a plastic bottle, the recommended dose is 2 capsules per day with a meal, I personally take without food, but with a supplement containing fat's like MCT oil, as fasting has it's own benefits when taking NAD, Resveratrol or the like, this will just enhance fasting benefits further. and I take before exercise which takes it a step more further.so 2 per day, 60 capsules is 30 days supply, it is only for 1 month, and my experience I've had with these supplements are nothing happens within a month for me, it usually takes 3 months to notice small benefits and within a year will definitely feel like I'm younger providing I eat healthy and exercise. I've been doing this since 2015, it maybe different for you so don't take my story as a guideline for your health, always consult a doctor if your not sure if you should take it.Basically take these to help longevity of age, cellular regeneration in the body, and as I fast I create autophagy, as I exercise I release more youthful endorphins and combined with supplments like this NAD+/NMN and or Resveratrol is like anti-ageing routine, at the very least it will slows ageing down to a crawl, after reversing age a little that is.Much respect for not putting any nasty fillers in like Magnesium stearate, it doesn't have that in, and although it's synthetic supplement, normally I only do organic supplements, this is my one and only exception that I take. Also it didn't taste of anything, so pleasant to swallow with water. Capsules are big, but I never had a problem taking it.Fixing the above issues, I would rate a perfect score.

Capsules have a strange pondwater kind of taste to them. Not had this issue with other brands I've tried (4 so far, the others keep being out of stock).

These do absolutely nothing. Might as well be sugar.
