Great idea!
Great on site when I don't have a router table or shaper. I bought them for router base and plunge base.

It will work
Bought this for a Ridgid track saw rail. It fits a little tight so I had to reduce the friction a bit. It will work well for my intended purpose and I would buy it again if needed.
