Well made and a good price.
When my order of this product arrived I was very impressed, it looked well made and a good price. I had to return it because it was not what my laptop needed. If it had been, it would have been a good buy.

So far so good
Arrived early and was well packaged in bubble wrap and cardboard box. Contains instructions in various languages and comes with a 30 day return policy. Leaflet also contains details of customer service details. This product appears well made and sturdy and works well therefore so far so good as only been using it for 2 days. Wife no longer miserable as she is now able to charge her laptop.

Not fit for purpose
The charge does not sick in the charging port. When you remove the charger the laptop loses power. Our repairman said it must be a poor charger. Wish I had of bought one fro ASUS
