My Review of the Green Udaan E-ScooterI bought the Green Udaan E-Scooter on October 23, 2024, for my son and me.Here are my thoughts:Positives:1. The fit and finish are good, though it's not quite worth the 32k budget.2. All the features work as advertised, like the horn, light, indicator, and remote key.3. The design and colors are great.4. Customer care is efficient and responsive. For beginning stage5. Many people admiring its cute look.6. Overall, it's good for boys and girls only on straight roads.7. Making it best suited for thin and short individuals under 25 kg, (as per weight and height).Improvements Needed:1. Proper installation videos, manuals, or pictures should be included with the product.2. The battery is not portable and seems reused, which is not as advertised. Check the battery pic I uploaded in this review.3. Ground clearance is very low,4. Not recommended for hilly areas.5. Not recommended for above 25 kg6. Not recommended for fatty and heights individuals.7. The build quality is not up to standard.8. Shock absorber is more for style than comfort.9. Seat adjustment is not possible due to the short length of the seat pipe.10. The pedals are not usable with the weight of the scooter.11. The scooter is not waterproof, so it's better not to use it in heavy or even light rain.12. Performance is very poor, especially.13. My controller got damaged after riding continuously for more than 10 km, although customer service did replace it.14. The motor heats up quickly, which can easily damage the controller and other electric parts.15. The motor is very low power, but it rides well on straight roads.16. The three speed modes are not effective.17. There's a delay while accelerating.18. Back tire pressure issues.Additional Concern: I'm currently trying to get a refund for the product, but customer service is ignoring my needs.Overall: It's better for boys and girls, under 25 Kg. While the design and customer service are commendable, the scooter falls short in several key areas, especially in terms of power and performance.

The scooter headlight was broken when I received it, requested for replacement. There was no manual given and few screws were missing, technician had to come and fix it. But the scooter is good for nearby distances, my father is using it & it’s worth the price.

With in few days of purchase this scooter the chain fallen from the sprocket and stalled. I checked and found a Circlip came out and was stuck to the chain hence the scooter can't drive. Contacted seller but no fruitful action taken so far. Even they said the would send the part by courier but never received from them. I am 72 years old and facing a terrible humiliation from the seller. I asked for refund through Amazon and awaiting of their action. So far no reply from seller.
