It works!
I'm not going to sit here and act like I am a pro. This feels like basic quality to me. Should work for quite a while for a DIY'er. It fits, doesn't leak, and the gauge appears to work and be somewhat accurate. Its pretty easy to use and do, and overall is probably a fine item for most people. You can get nicer/heavier duty ones, but that comes at a cost. Seems like it works to me! The can got cold!

Fits my 1999 Acura CL (1998 Honda Accord equivalent)
The media could not be loaded. I ordered this without realizing that r134a can't be shipped to my state. Nonetheless, I was able to connect the hose to my car's "L" port to check the refrigerant pressure. I held my thumb over the can end of the hose to prevent refrigerant from leaking out.The AC port coupling fit nicely and didn't leak. The piercing needle turns smoothly. My only criticism is that the blue background in the gauge is so dark that it makes it difficult to see the black needle.
