My girl Clover demands a private toilet and with this potty mat she got it! We live in an apartment building and my dog will NOT do her business where others have soiled. I purchased this and placed it on my patio...it worked! After about a week she now uses the mat every time. So excited how well this has worked for her.Pros:It is good quality materials - the tray is sturdy the the honeycomb barrier is solid, the grass mat is full and thick, looks like the real deal and as a bonus it came with two puppy training mats to go under the honeycomb barrier.I purchased washable mats for future use so I do not need to keep purchasing pee pads. I love how easy the pee pads make clean up.It is large - Clover is the size of a very skinny german shepard and it is the perfect size for her. Despite its larger size it doesn't take up a lot of room on my patio.Cons:I don't have any. Well worth the money.

I have 3 stubborn dachshunds living in the Midwest. They have a habit of hating to go outside in winter/snow. So we had been doing pee pads but the get blown away or ripped so easy. I purchased this to try something new. It works they took to it immediately. The tray is fantastic too but we also just put the spare grass pad on a pad and it works great too. We have one in with our liter of baby weenies now and they are choosing to pee on the grass rather than in the whelping box! Hoping it will help our new puppy parents navigate training their new puppy! Highly recommended.

My puppy took to the wee grass quickly. It's main use, fast bathroom breaks on my patio space as I live on the 8th floor of a highrise. Only fault, I cannot find additional wee pads for under the grass that fit the exact measurements. So clean up after replacing original pads can be messy. Otherwise the product is awesome.

Love this! Excellent quality! Use it at home and when we travel the artificial grass is to notch! Going to buy another one

I wish I'd known about this when my senior miniature pincher was having issues going outside to potty. This thing is amazing! I recently got a puppy who was struggling with potty training because he hates cold/rain and it's winter in the PNW (I don't blame him, I hate it too). And unfortunately the rescue he came from kept potty pads in his bedding area so he refused to go on them. I read all the reviews for this and several other similar brands. I'm so glad I went with this one! Worth every single penny. It's only been 5 days since I set it up and we've only had two accidents! He runs and dives on it then happily lets er go. Ü I plan on moving it to the covered patio just outside the door in a couple weeks, then closer to the yard until he starts going in the grass. I'll probably keep it for future winter/springs in case he still hates the bad weather. There's absolutely no gross plastic smell or pee smell like other products I reviewed. I just changed the pee pad and grass for the first time today and there was no liquid on the bottom of the tray. I rinsed the grass with the hose and hung it to dry. I'll probably hit it with a vinegar solution next time I use it if indoors still. The bonus grass was a huge help when we traveled to visit family over the weekend too. I just put a pad on the deck and the grass on top and he went when I asked. I took a garbage bag and placed the grass in there and brought it back home. Love this purchase and so does Jack!

I am not sure what the problem is, but the dogs smell it and walk away. They refuse to use it no matter what I do to try. I even wiped urine on it, and they still won't use it, no matter how I try to train them.
