Worst company ever and product leaks and doesn’t work
I returned this. It leaked, and the customer service was the worst!They wanted me to pay the $150 that this machine cost to ship it back to them prior to them reimbursing me for shipping. They would only give me a shipping label that was good for $25. Which was useless.Amazon had to help me, because the company I was dealing with did nothing. They wanted me to jump through hoops for them to return a defective product.It ended up that I had to go through Amazon because the company refused to help.Do not buy this product from this company!

Not satisfied!!!!
Not even 1 star! 0 star if there’s one. Was trying to return the item but the seller wasn’t responding til the return dates expired, I guess NEEDED TO WAIT FOR OWNERS APPROVAL for return. BEWARE! Do not buy this item, I’m a beginner esthetician and I should have known better getting this machine. Now I’m stuck with no use.
