Securely wraps around your knee with 2 Velcro straps. Heat them in a rice cooker or a microwave. You can also put them in the freezer.

I love the design of this. Fit great on the knee however I used it for my upper arm and it was perfect! Velcro works well, stays cold cold for a while. Very good quality. It did the job and relieved my injured arms!

This ice pack has been a huge help. Strained my knee and it's been sore and swollen. I had been trying to tie a flat ice pack around my knee, then I ordered this ice pack wrap which is so much better. It is still flexible to wrap around your knee once the frozen. I took off one star as the straps cut into the back of your knee making it a bit uncomfortable, so I wrap a hand towel around the back side of my knee before applying this. I like the 2 adjustable closures so you can adjust it to fit your knee size and it stays in place. Includes a handy resealable zipper bag to place it in the freezer and keep it covered and reduce picking up food smells.

I like that I can form it into any shape to ice different body shapes.

I bought this ice pack and a different brand before I had a total knee replacement. While both cooled the surgical site. This one was superior in several ways. I am an ordinary, sized female (size 16) and it fit my leg very well. It was easy to put on and the gel stayed well distributed. The other ice pack was larger.(King Pavonini) perhaps better for larger people, but also more unwieldy, and the gel had to be redistributed every use in order to cover the wounds evenly. If I had known, I simply would have bought two of these HILPH gel ice packs. Velcro hold easy to fasten, pack itself was easy to adjust and comfortable.

This wrap fits well and is easily adjustable. It comes in its own "freezer bag" and is very easy to keep cold in the freezer and use as needed. It stays cold for a very long time when in use. The material on your skin dissipates the cold evenly.

This thing is great! My daughter can walk around and ice her knee.
