Really nice chair, very comfortable...i still use a cushion as there isnt lower back support as such, but i when i sit right back in the chair, my whole back is supported. I am 5ft 4(ish) I can rest my head easily om the back rest. The seat of the chair comes under my knees which is perfect support. I used to get left leg swelling after sitting for long periods on my old chair, but this does not happen at all with this chair.I dont really use the foot rest which tucks nicely out of the way when not is use, so much so, i forget.its there.I think its a very good chair and good design. The fabric is nice as well.Very good purchase. I would recommend.Werent too bad to put together either.Very happy

First impressions of the constructed chair are that it is comfortable, sturdy, and looks real good. The massage function is fine, if not spectacular (vibration only, but in various waves and pulses). I've not tested the heater as yet. My only quibble is that the chair didn't come with assembly instructions.I Googled a PDF, which was a reasonable guide, but was for what I assume to be a slightly older model, wasn't super clear, and varied in some ways from the current model. As I've built a similar chair before in the past, so I'm not a complete novice I decided to give it a go. The guide was mostly useful for what order to construct things, and I'd then try to figure out how to. It took me over an hour to put together, including plenty of swearing and cussing. Putting the bolts into the back of the seat took way too long given you can't actually see what angle to insert them. However, the reward of sitting in the end result was worth it.TLDR: Nice chair. No assembly instructions.

It was super easy to assemble and it’s honestly so comfy - much nicer than a leather chair and the material is great. The recline option and footrest are ideal too. Haven’t used the massage or heating yet but it works when plugged in!

I wanted the brown one, but they were sold out. I really like this chair. It was simple to put together. 1 extra of each bolt and the tools are included. The fabric is quite nice feel. Not PU it is a Micro fibre but not like a soft not a plastic/vinyl feel. The chair reclines nicely, and the Leg rest works a treat.Now here is to hoping that the hydraulics hold up.Did not make it. So far the seat is flat as a board. very uncomfortable, the wheels have broken and keep popping off, and the lift has not held up. had to purchase a set of clips to keep the chair from sinking down to the floor. If you want a chair for cheap that will last 2 years before falling apart then go for it.

It took me over 5 months to decide on a replacement for my old faux leather swivel chair. When I saw this it ticked all the boxes for me but I wasn't sure if the height of the chair would be suitable when compared with the height of the other options and that of my old chair. Then suddenly I got an alert that offered a significant discount and this was enough for me to take the risk. I am 5 feet 11+ and luckily the height limit of the chair works perfectly for me. It is so easy to assemble it's unbelievable. I assembled it by myself within 30 minutes. There is a spare included for every screw and bolt and the instructions are clear and straightforward.Also, for me the microfibre fabric is a massive improvement on the faux leather of my old chair. It has a smoother feel, is more comfortable and the brown vintage leather look is lovely. My research on microfibre revealed that although it is not as durable as real leather it is significantly more durable than faux leather.I'm not an easy person to please but I am really pleased with this chair and I hope it will last and perform the way it does now. I recommend this chair but please check that the maximum height adjustment of the chair works for you.

I have sent various emails via Amazon and direct to the company regarding this issue, either I get messages that they cannot open email, or it was sent from the wrong account, or not recognised as the purchaser, but clearly getting the emails.Tried phoning, on hold 45 minutes of music telling me 'calls are important and please hold'.OK, lets see if this gets a response.Chair is fine and comfortable, no issue there. However after 4 months of use the weld on the base support failed. Simple. Defective construction. See photos (did you get them this time?)All I ask is a credit note against a future purchase, preferably for a different chair from you range (lost faith in this one).Accept it might not be your problem as a construction issue, but customer service would suggest you rectify the issue?..

This chair is good, it's comfortable and sturdy, though it does require the occasional tightening of the fittings.
