Even better than my last Braun Silk. The massage roll really make me feel less pain but I must said I been using Epilators for a long time and I am use to it.High recommend item if you want a hair free life.

Excellent product
It did not hurt like I thought it would, just a temporary discomfort. It did exactly what it describes and does pull out very small hairs. I am thoroughly pleased with all attachments and the shaver and exfoliator work brilliantly.Thank you Braun.
