My expectations were modest for this mask. The one I got is pretty close to what I see in the product description photos, with some minor differences in the paint detail. It looks OK, though up close the detail is less impressive.I expected this mask to have better breathability than a full over-the-head latex mask, but unfortunately the latex smell is so severe that I can't put it on for more than a couple seconds to evaluate it further. I own a couple dozen latex masks, and this is right up there with the strongest smelling of them. I'll give it a few days to air out and update the review of the odor dissipates significantly. Otherwise this gets low marks from me and can only be used as a prop.2.5/5 stars. If you're uncomfortable with unpleasant chemical odors, you'll want to avoid this one. It is pretty cheap, so maybe you could turn it into a decent prop?

It’s great for the money but…It’s hard to breathe and it becomes wet from the breathing and it get really hot inside. Unconfortable to wear for more than 1 hour. It’s durable and it’s REALKY SCARY. I managed to scare some adults and it was overall fearful to all children. The only problem besides the uncomfortableness was that out of the box it was extremely loose and needed some rubber bands to tighten. Overall it was definitely worth it

Cool creepy Halloween look

Scary mask and great fit. I could wear this mask for quite a while. It was easy to breathe and I was able to see well. I’m sure this would work well for a good scare for many years.

This is an awesome mask. Super scary very detailed. Very well-made fits perfectly on my head. The eyeholes are a little small but that isn’t a big problem. The mask overall is really nice fits good it’s a high-quality not cheap mask. It’s very detailed. I would definitely recommend it for your Halloween trick-or-treating.

The mask arrived on time and was delivered to my apartment door. The mask was enclosed in a simple shipping envelope that was coming a bit undone on one end. However, the mask was intact and seemed to have suffered no apparent injuries or blood loss.I noted immediately that the mask retained a chemical smell from the latex making the features.I opted to let it hang out on a rack by my air cleaner for a few hours before putting it on.After that time period there was still a bit of a disagreeable odor from the latex composition of the mask.I put the mask on and I looked just as ghoulish and startling as the image in the description.The mask with the basic black shroud works well with a variety of attire.It is of coiurse unisex and will provide spooky fun for a woman or a man.Let me caution:If you don the mask and go to an event and no one notices that you are wearing it, you should probably seek medical attention. Now then, all kidding aside...and being quite serious, one of the great things about this LUNROUG scary mask is the shroud which provides coverage of those areas that would be exposed to the view of onlookers and that exposure would spoil the illusion.This mask in my opinion is better than a full head enclosure type. .This one allows you to see and to breathe even though there is that slight disagreeable chemical odor.The bottom line is this.Does it scare people? I am not sure about that since most of my neighbors are well advanced senior citizens and I did not want the liability of being responsible for a tragic happening. I do know that when I looked in the mirror I found it to be quite a shocker. I know that If I was not aware that I was looking at myself wearing a mask I would be plenty horrified.The mask and attached shroud do seem to be firmly attached to each other.The face is assuredly ugly and ghoulish.The only negative that I have with this party mask is the chemical breakdown of the materials used.That odor is not what I would want to breathe for prolonged periods. It is something that needs to be remedied in future products.I consider that the features of this mask are gruesome and shocking.That being the the case I also believe that adult discretion should be used when selecting your victims for a very startling prank.I am giving this mask a Full Four Star rating for overall value.It can be a great Trick or Treat...or Adult Hal. party item.After you get it on the fun begins, so maybe a little odor is not so bad after all.I do plan on having some fun with it.
