I love this magnesium spray SO much! I was skeptical about it but it really does work. It totally helps me sleep thru the night which has been an issue for me of late. I was already taking magnesium supplements but hate swallowing capsules, so being able to rub this onto my feet is such a better solution and works just as well as my supplements did.An added benefit is because I am applying it to my feet every night, they are so soft and it has eliminated the dried out heels I always get during the summer! My feet are now baby soft all the time. I definitely recommend this product. You will love it!

I bought this thinking I would give it a try. I’m in my 50s and perimenopause. Sound sleep is not my friend. It’s not expensive so wasn’t too worried. I tried it the first night. No real difference. Then semi regularly for a week, but also had a very sporadic bedtime. I used it consistently for one week and it worked. I sleep through the whole night. Deep sleep. My husband had the same experience.It is oily. A little goes a long way. I used on the bottom of my feet and rubbed them together so I didn’t get it on my hands. Didn’t really wait to let it dry, just stayed still under the covers.I recommend giving this a week of daily use before deciding if it works and how much to use.

Started using 3 days ago. It doesn’t have any smells which is great.So far I slept great and want to keep using it before going to bed. It is very affordable price which helps me a lot to try something new.

This Magnesium Oil spray works wonders on my achy calf muscles. After an evening shower, I spray on my calves and massage it in, feels great and relaxes my muscles relieving the pain. I also spray on the bottom of my feet and it helps me sleep better!I highly recommend this product!

First time buying this brand and it is sticky when sprayed to bottom of the feet compared to what I had before. Feels thicker and sticky.
