Nice product, but not accurate description
It is a nice product, but note that it does not have a backlight keyboard as claimed in the description and its color is silver, not black.

The item arrived damaged
The media could not be loaded. They sent me a damaged laptop. It's a bad purchase. I think Amazon should take responsibility and thoroughly inspect the devices before shipping. The device arrived in its box, but it doesn't turn on or work. It's obsolete.

Good, no 10 KEY. poor battery life
So far so good, however is does NOT have a 10 key keypad, as pictured in the product photos. This was a feature I was specifically looking at between 2 different refurbished models so I may not have gone in this direction had I known that.update - the battery charged quickly with provided cord to fully charged, however now the battery says it is 65% full and estimated battery life is 2 hrs remaining. That does not fit with what I would expect from this caliber of laptop brand new and I may return the item

3/3/25: Received today and noticed it has like 2 minor dents, which is fine, I will update as I use it and if any issues arise I’ll mention it but seems fine otherwise rn.

Easy to initialize
The computer was easy to set up, and has been easy to use so far.Would have liked a user manual, would still like one.
