I have used this and their previous product and it does exactly what you need. This one is a lot more advanced and functional than their slightly cheaper, previous model. So I would recommend spending another £10 on this.As for their customer service, I cannot fault the person I dealt with (Helen) in the slightest. She was extremely professional, gave lightning speed fast responses and was always overly helpful. Thank you again Helen.Good luck to anyone reading this if they are considering stopping their old habits and looking to carry on in a more healthy lifestyle way. Excellent product, super simple to use and does a great job.I used this to produce infused Coconut Oil and it did a brilliant job with zero hassle, smell was almost non-existant compared to doing the same thing in an oven... and the potency was very good!The unit itself is quite compact and generally very good value for money!

Really simple to use. Instruction book walks you through it all. Pre-programmed settings allow you to jump straight in. Times and temps can be further adjusted to suit the user. Very compact, comes with a strainer and handy little dust brush as well as a plunger to squeeze all off your oil out. Beeps and flashes when each cycle has completed. Loving it so far.
