Best one yet
I've had several of these over the years as my carpul tunnel comes and goes, this is the best one I've had so far, very comfortable

My partner has tried a few of these.
This one is like a mix between the bad ones and the good ones. His experience with it so far is mixed from it being alright as a support bandage but not for total support because the support bar isn't big enough.

Just what I needed, comfortable with the right support
So I've been mainly using computers over the last few decades, however, I recently did a course that involved a lot of handwriting. Luckily it was only a short course but afterwards, I found I had a lot of pain in my right hand/wrist.I gave it a week but it was not getting any better, so I decided to try this.I've never worn a wrist ( or ankle ) support in my life but was surprisingly comfortable. For my particular injury, I did not feel the metal splint was making any difference so I removed it after a couple of days.Anyway, found it comfortable enough to sleep with and it felt a lot better even when writing. I left it on for about a week and everything felt good again. Have now not used it for about a week and everything seems back to normal.I'm by no means a medical expert, so these are just my observations of how it worked for me.

Very useful for painful wrist. Could do with a bit more tension/tightness.
I ordered a medium as in most things this is what I am. The metal bar is well placed and nicely supporting. I could do with it being able to be more stiffly tightened over the top of my hand but that is likely a preference things.Over all I am very happy with the quality.

Bad fit
Ordered size S after measuring my hand as shown in the picture, well within measurements. This one was far too tight so sent back and ordered m. M is super loose, no compression at all and the metal part doesnt fit to my hand, pretty useless.

Effective
Similar to using a splint and very effective my job requires lifting heavy objects throughout our the shift which leads to my wrists Being sore and leaving me in pain.Kept this on for a few nights and it has relieved a significant amount of painVery simple but does the job.Very happy would recommend

Good quality
Good quality and very good quality fabric used.Offers the right support for my needs as my wrist weakness is often a problem for me especially as I was a keen squash player for many years.I also do a lot of work on a computer and this can cause fatigue in my right wrist. This helps a lot at those times.

Decent but doesn't fit right and support bar is too short
This is a comfortable brace and doesn't irritate my skin - the quality is there as it's well stitched together well and sturdy, washable and durable.I don't have carpal tunnel (thank god) but the ergonomics at the hot desks at work are abysmal and no matter how much I complain I can't get a proper VDA / desktop assessment and things tailored to my body. So I wear one of these as a preventative measure - using it in the office on the days I go to keep my wrist in the correct position. And guess what - no pain when I'm done for the day! This one is slimmer and lower profile than another one I have, just one splint. The problem is the sizing with this is weird - I have large hands and ordered a large. It is loose around the hand and has to be tightened quite a bit - and the one metal bar along the palm is too short. It just does the job for me - but I'm not suffering from carpal tunnel so it's adequate for my very minimal needs.Good material that is indeed breathable, my hand doesn't sweat whilst wearing it.This is OK for me, but if you want serious support for an injury look elsewhere - a brace with at least three metal splints. And order a size down as I've worn several brands of these and this is oversized.
