I ordered these rechargeable batteries because I go through a lot of batteries in cameras. I received an email not long after I placed the order. The email said if I had any problems at all with the product or order let them know. I received the product and let them charge for about 4 to 6 hours and tried them. The batteries only lasted about 15 minutes. I thought maybe I didn't charge them long enough. I changed them again for about 24 hours and tried again. Same thing. I contacted the customer service person from the email. They were right on it. They ask me questions about what was going on and how long I charged the batteries. Without anymore questions they told me they were sending a new set out. I received the package 2 days later. I was very surprised how fast it had gotten here. The new batteries work great with no issues at all. I will be ordering more from them. Great customer service go a long way. Highly recommend them!

Used fully charged batteries in Blink cameras and, unlike standard, throw-away batteries that last a year of two, these rechargeable batteries hold a charge for less than a month. Very disappointing.UPDATE: Used two more of these batteries, fully charged, in Blink camera yesterday and they are already dead. Given the many similar one-star reviews, I am surprised that allows such junk on their site.

Very handy. Reused several times now. Charging great and no loss of power so far. They didn't drain down over time like other. Non rechargeable batteries.
