I went to Italy and used this in hotel rooms that did not provide an in room kettle.It worked great and was indispensable in the mornings making very HOT water.

I’m always looking to make a cup of tea before bed. The last time I went to Venice, the store across the street want $5 euros for a cup of tea and because my hotel room didn’t have a tea kettle, I sucked it up and brought the tea. This portable tea kettle has solved many of my problems since my Venice trip. It heats up quickly and is the perfect size to make a cup of tea when I’m on the road traveling.

Heats water fast. Was able to make a quick cup of tea/coffee. I keep it in my travel bag.

Great thing. Fairly quiet. Holds a decent amount of water. Using it frequently. Very solid.

This kettle is amazing for being able to make some hot soup, oatmeal, or hot drink on a long road trip. It takes about 6 minutes to heat and then chimes when it's ready. (I pour the hot water into a disposable cup for oatmeal when traveling so the kettle stays clean since it's harder to wash while traveling.) I love that it has an automatic shut-off feature to prevent boiling water until it is gone.

The media could not be loaded. I like the compact size of this portable electric water kettle. I ordered this to use at my desk at work to make tea. It’s easy to set up and select the temperature that you want to use for various purposes from coffee, tea, instant soups or oatmeal.It takes about 5-6 minutes for the appliance to heat to the desired temperature. The audible chime lets you know when it’s ready. The unit keeps the temp steady until you turn it off. Once heated be cautious opening the lid or flip top to avoid hot water from spilling out due to pressure.The slightly confusing issue with this unit is that the instructions say not to use the cup for anything except heating water. Though the booklet and video in the listing imply that you can drink tea or coffee out it.Comes with a drawstring tote, a cleaning sponge wand and the power cord.

This small electric tea kettle is great.

My husband carries this around with him so he can make hot water on demand anywhere in the house. The only drawback is that it has to be plugged in to work. That said, it heats up really quickly so in a pinch, you could hijack a plug on the go.
