Bought this item for an up coming long distance flight, tried it at home today, absolutely useless, what is the fabric shroud on the inside of the silicone cup ( not pictured ) for? No fkuid went into the back, ad you pee through this fabric type of gauze. Thats fitted on the out side of the cuo, attatched to the boxer shorts material. Then just soaks the boxers

Definitely NOT leakproof!
First time using these pants on my 85 year old husband was not successful. Although medium was correct size and they appeared to fit OK, he was soaking wet by morning. Very disappointed.
