Yummy Tummy Gummies
The media could not be loaded. These gummies are excellent! Not overly sweet, they provide a "just right" amount of healthy sweetness to your day without a high caloric burden. Love the addition of organic ingredients. As stated in my video, I would prefer an active form of folate because I have an MTHFR mutation, as so many people do, but it's taking time for food/dietary supplement companies to accommodate this. Perhaps it will appear in an updated formulation?? Anyway, these treats have a great taste and texture, and I sooo appreciate the cheerful bright coral apple delivery system: an apple a day indeed! And probably more...but at least 2!

It's Subtle But It Works!
I was skeptical but decided to try one jar of this stuff. At first I didn't think anything was happening the change was so slight. But I am almost through the first jar (I chew 2 gummies each morning) and I am happy to report I am NOT famished or thinking about food all the time. I also seem to be satiated with less food. It is a lovely feeling to be free of "the monkey on my back". I will be ordering my second jar soon.BTW: they taste pretty good too.

Helps kick appetite -
One thing I loved is how it came packaged - it had triple seal so you know it’s protected which is great! I took 2 gummies as per instruction on the bottle- had a great taste and helped me with my appetite( I didn’t feel as hungry or the need to snack) I’ve taken apple cider gummies before in general and that’s usually what it does for me.So as for the weight loss you have to put in The work itself diet and workout this isn’t gonna make you drop weight over night or just like that on it’s own.. so keep that in mind !! this is a good supplement to add to your regimen for appetite.
